Inner Child Wounds & Adult Patterns
Explore how unmet needs and early experiences can shape beliefs, emotional responses and relationship patterns in adulthood.
A four-week experiential course for therapists, coaches, counsellors and healing practitioners who want to deepen their understanding of childhood wounds and learn structured, responsible ways to facilitate inner child work.

Inner child work explores how earlier experiences may influence present-day emotions, beliefs, relationships and coping patterns. This course begins with participants’ own reflective process before moving into the skills and responsibilities involved in facilitating sessions.
It is designed for therapists, coaches, counsellors and practitioners who encounter childhood-related themes in their work and want a more structured, experiential approach.

The course combines teaching, personal process work and supervised peer practice. The exact weekly sequence may be shared by the facilitator before enrolment.

The program is described as a four-week immersion at The Healing Room’s Bijwasan space, combining teaching, personal process work and supervised peer practice. Confirm exact dates and timings with the team.
The course describes certification for facilitating inner child healing sessions on completion. It is not a psychotherapy licence, and it does not replace formal clinical training. Practitioners must follow their professional scope and refer when needed.

No. A training course is not a substitute for individual mental health care. If you are dealing with significant distress, consider support from a qualified mental health professional.
