Cancellation Policy
At The Healing Room, we are committed to creating a respectful and supportive space for your healing. We understand that schedules can change and unexpected events may arise. To ensure fairness for both clients and practitioners, we request you to review and adhere to the following cancellation and rescheduling guidelines:
1. Session Cancellations (Individual Appointments)
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled session.
If cancelled within the 48-hour window, 50% of the session fee will be retained as a late cancellation charge.
No-shows without prior notice will be charged the full session fee, and the session will be considered forfeited.
We understand that emergencies happen — in such cases, rescheduling may be requested and will be accommodated at our discretion.
2. Rescheduling Policy
Sessions can be rescheduled to a near future date, depending on the availability of your practitioner or surrogate.
Rescheduling within 48 hours is permitted only once and is subject to availability.
We recommend providing ample notice to avoid inconvenience and ensure a smooth process.
3. Workshops, Webinars & Group Events
Registrations are non-refundable.
However, if cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the event, the registration may be transferred to a future batch or program of the same value.
Cancellations made within 48 hours or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund or transfer.
In case The Healing Room cancels or reschedules an event, you will be informed promptly and offered either a full refund or a rescheduled seat.
4. Retreats & In-Person Programs
Due to the logistical preparations and resources involved:
Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance are eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the program start date are non-refundable.
If an event is cancelled by The Healing Room, participants will receive a full refund or credit for future use.
5. Refunds
Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
Payment gateway charges and service fees are non-refundable.
