From Chef to Yogi
My healing journey has been anything but ordinary. What began in the fast-paced kitchens of the culinary world has evolved into a profound path of yoga, sound, and holistic wellness. Today, as a yoga teacher, sound healer, and gong master, I am grateful to share practices that help people relax, restore balance, and reconnect with their inner harmony.
For many years, food was my art and my meditation. Working as a chef gave me discipline, creativity, and an understanding of nourishment. But over time, I felt a deeper calling..a desire not just to feed the body, but also to nurture the mind and spirit. This search brought me into the world of yoga.
I trained extensively in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga yoga, and for the last several years, I’ve had the joy of teaching students from all walks of life. Yoga has been my foundation, a practice that grounds me, aligns me, and allows me to guide others toward the same sense of clarity and peace.
Discovering the Power of Sound
While yoga opened one door, sound opened another. My first experience with Tibetan singing bowls was deeply transformative. I felt vibrations not just around me, but within me, as if layers of emotional and physical tension were being gently released. That moment set me on a journey into the ancient art of sound healing.
I trained professionally with the International Academy of Sound Healing (IASH) under the guidance of Satya Brat Ji, completing Level 1 and Level 2 certification. These trainings deepened my understanding of how sound frequencies affect the brain, body, and energy field, and gave me the tools to work with clients in powerful and safe ways.
Most recently, I expanded into Gong Mastery, a practice that allows me to create immersive soundscapes for deep meditation, energy alignment, and emotional release. The gong, with its vast spectrum of overtones, has become one of my most profound instruments in guiding group healing journeys.
My Healing Philosophy
I believe that healing is not one-dimensional. Just as a healthy meal nourishes more than the stomach, true wellness nourishes the body, mind, and soul together. My approach blends three pillars:
Yoga for alignment and awareness
Sound therapy for deep relaxation and energetic balance
Food and lifestyle guidance for lasting vitality
Each of these practices supports the other. Together, they create space for transformation. Whether someone is seeking stress relief, emotional healing, or a deeper connection with themselves.

Each session is unique, tailored to the individual’s needs. I have worked with people recovering from illness, facing emotional struggles, or simply seeking rest from the pace of modern life. Time and again, I’ve witnessed how sound can reach places where words and medicines sometimes cannot.
Workshops & Group Experiences
Beyond one-on-one therapies, I also create immersive group sound baths and workshops. These sessions combine yoga, meditation, and sound guiding participants into deep states of relaxation and self-discovery.
I also collaborate with yoga studios, wellness centers, and healing communities, bringing sound as a complementary practice to enhance retreats and workshops.









Vision for the Future
Looking ahead, my vision is to create a holistic healing space where yoga, food, and sound come together as one. A place where people can cook with me, eat with me, practice yoga with me, and heal with me. This dream is shaping into reality as I continue to share my work at different centers, and soon, in the mountains of Himachal Pradesh.
Why I Do What I Do
At the heart of my journey is a simple truth: healing begins with connection. connection to self, to others, and the deeper rhythms of life. Sound has given me a way to facilitate this connection. Every time I play a bowl or a gong, I witness how vibrations move through the body, release tension, and awaken something timeless within.
It is this magic, this medicine, that I wish to share with everyone who walks into my space. Whether it’s through a private session, a yoga class, or a group sound bath, my purpose is to help people find balance, clarity, and peace within themselves.
